We are closed for all federal holidays
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays we are open from 9 until 12
Tuesdays, and Thursdays (during the summer) we are open 9 to 4, with lunch from 12 to 2
We schedule
new addiction appointments preferably on Mondays or Wednesdays so that we can do their detox visit the next day on a Tuesday
or Thursday if that works for the patient.
Costs and Requirements:
Addiction Patients:
$500 for a first
visit, also covers detox visits if needed during the first month.
Monthly visits are $100 and are scheduled based on
the patients counseling schedule.
Pain Patients:
We require a referral from your primary care doctor and 6
months worth of chart notes to review before we can decide whether or not this office can help you.
Consults or
new patients $500 for a first visit,
$100 per month for Medication maintainence.
We do not take insurance
in most cases, but will provide you with your paperwork needed to ask for a refund for your visit from your own insurance.
WE ARE NOT A MEDICARE PROVIDING OFFICE SO THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR COST OF A VISIT!
